Technical Support

Key responsibilities:

  • Install and configure software, hardware, networks
  • Set up windows user accounts and workstations
  • Provide technical support for colleagues


  • Diploma in Information Technology or related disciplines
  • Familiar with MS Windows, MS Office
  • Can work independently, good teamwork and communication skills
  • Proactive, detail-minded, eager to learn


  • 5 days’ work per week
