What does Recruiter do and how it works?

Recruiter works as a freelancer with us. You can work flexibly anywhere and anytime. From time to time, we will share project info and criteria with you and ask for referral of respondents for different kinds of surveys. What you need to do is to find out those potential targets within your network and share their contact with us, our staffs will contact them for further screening and arrange interviews with the qualified ones. Final step would be assisting us to make sure the respondent would complete the survey on time. All successful referral of qualified respondents that complete the survey would be rewarded by commission fee stated in advance.

All our surveys are for market research purpose only and all personal information collected are protected according to the Data Collection Policy. Professional training will be provided (for free of course!) to make sure you understand and follow the Data Collection Policy.

聯絡員／介紹人的工作

聯絡員是一份非常自由的職業，並無指定工作時間及地點，一般情況下只需以電話及電郵聯繫。我們會不定期發放最新調查項目的資訊，您的工作就是負責根據不同項目要求去尋找及介紹合資格人仕，我們的訪問員會聯絡他們並甄選出合乎訪問資格的人士參與調查。您亦需要協助確保受訪者能準時及合作地完成訪問。我們將會按每個成功完成訪問的件數去發放服務金。

所有訪問都沒有任何推銷成份，只作市場研究及分析用途。項目過程中所收集的個人資料亦只作內部聯絡用途並會絕對保密，我們亦會提供免費專業培訓去確保每一位聯絡員明白並遵守公司的資料搜集守則。
