Survey blasting and data entry

We have extensive experience in helping clients conduct customer feedback surveys. In addition to various data collection methods, we can print and package survey kits and mail them to specific respondent groups.

Respondents can choose to complete the survey online or use the return mail service to send back paper questionnaires. We also offer data entry and data processing services, and can output data in specific formats requested by clients (e.g., Excel, ASCII). Furthermore, we provide report writing services, allowing clients to save time and focus on other tasks.

Alternatively, we can assist clients by sending email invitations to their target audience, enabling respondents to click the survey link directly from the email.

Over the years, we have undertaken numerous projects, including cross-departmental satisfaction surveys and employee satisfaction surveys for government departments, as well as satisfaction surveys for property management. We have processed for more than 100,000 questionnaires.
