Job Description
You will be responsible for the provision of all project management deliverables and support in the planning, preparation, execution, and customer support process as well as continuous coaching and guidance to the fieldworkers. This role works in close collaboration with clients and will be involved in people management.
Job Responsibilities
• Manage and coordinate day-to-day operation projects
• Plan and organize fieldwork execution and provide training to fieldworkers
• Provide timely and quality deliverables and reporting according to client’s business needs and specifications while meeting the company’s quality standards
• Build and maintain ongoing relationships directly with clients
• Assist senior in presenting research findings and recommendation to clients on a regular basis
Requirements
• Good in Mandarin & English writing, reading and email communication
• Good team player, outgoing, self-motivated, flexible and independent
• Proactive, detail-minded, eager to learn
• Associate degree/higher diploma or above, fresh graduates are welcomed
• Candidates with more experience may be considered as Project Executive. Immediate availability is highly preferred.

工作時間：
星期一至日, 每星期最少工作四天, 主要工作時間為星期一至五晚上 18:00至22:30, 星期六日及假期下午13:30至晚上22:30;

入職要求:
年滿18歲或以上香港居民;
中五程度或以上;
講流利廣東話, 略懂英語 (講流利英語/普通話更佳);
懂基本電腦操作, 中英文打字;
溝通能力佳，邏輯思考, 有責任感，守時，服從工作指示;
有3年或以上全職工作經驗;
有問卷調查/電話中心工作經驗者優先考慮
待遇及培訓：
試用期時薪$60, 完成試用期後時薪$80
公司提供免費4小時職前培訓課程及在職培訓
